At Go For Gadgets, we are committed to delivering quality and original products. If you face any issues with your order, we offer an exchange option within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange only if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is incorrect (different from what you ordered)

  • The product received is incomplete (missing parts or items)

📌 Required Proof for Exchange

To process your exchange request, you must provide the following:

  1. Unboxing video (video of opening the package at the time of delivery)

  2. Order receipt/invoice

  3. Clear images of the received product
